Fitted Wardrobes
The most common job we do in SE5. Six door collections across hinged, sliding and walk-in builds. Every unit is cut to the room's actual dimensions and delivered in sections small enough for a narrow staircase. Where original cornicing exists, the wardrobe stops below it with a clean shadow gap.

Fitted Kitchens & Utilities
We started as a wardrobe specialist. Kitchens followed naturally. A big share of our SE5 kitchen work is in period houses: galley kitchens being opened into the dining room, side-return extensions, and cabinetry that has to slot in around the original chimney breast and services. We build the cabinetry. You choose worktops, appliances and splashbacks.
Hand-painted in-frame or slab fronts, soft-close drawers, dovetailed solid-oak boxes available.
Living & Working Spaces
A category that's grown a lot since 2020. Media walls in living rooms, home offices in reception rooms, alcove cabinets flanking original fireplaces, full bedroom suites. Most of these come up as a second project once the wardrobes are in.

What Camberwell homes demand of a fitted-furniture maker.
Camberwell's period housing is full of original features people want to keep. These are the three constraints that come up on almost every SE5 project, and how our workshop handles them.
Tall sash windows and shutters have to stay clear.
A Camberwell bedroom is usually built around a tall sash window, sometimes with the original shutters still boxed into the reveal. A standard wardrobe along that wall covers the shutter box or fouls the sash.
We build the wall as one integrated run: floor-to-ceiling wardrobes tight to each side wall, scribed to stop at the shutter box, with a low fitted drawer-and-seat unit under the window between them.
No two chimney-breast alcoves are the same width.
Almost every Camberwell terrace has a chimney breast in the principal bedroom with an alcove either side, and the two are never equal. A single standard carcase for both leaves gaps and filler strips.
Each alcove is templated on its own and filled floor-to-ceiling, wall to chimney breast. Two different carcases that read as a balanced pair.
Lower-ground conversions lose height and gain a damp wall.
Many Camberwell houses are split into flats, and the lower-ground garden flat has reduced ceiling height around 2.3m and an external wall that can carry damp. An off-the-shelf wardrobe is the wrong height and traps moisture.
We build wall-to-wall and to the real 2.3m height, with a ventilated back so air moves behind the cabinets, scribing the run around any vault recess and shelving it out as storage.

The situation: A one-bed conversion where the bedroom had an awkward return beside the chimney.
What they got: A fitted run turning the corner around the chimney return, hanging plus drawers, hand-painted to match the period trim.
