Free home design visit
Fitted furniture built around your exact space by the London maker. A Metro designer comes to your home, measures the room, shows you material samples and turns your ideas into a full 3D design and a fixed quote, free of charge and with no obligation to go ahead. Designed, built and fitted by us in Wembley, with wardrobes from £900 per metre and a two-metre wardrobe from £1,800 to £7,440 depending on the level.
A design visit takes about an hour. Your designer measures the walls, the ceiling and the awkward parts a tape measure misses: the chimney breast, the sloping ceiling, the pipe boxing, the door swing. They bring the door samples, the paint and woodgrain finishes, the handles and the interior fittings, so you choose in your own light rather than under showroom bulbs. Within two to three days you receive a 3D design of your room and a fixed price that includes VAT and installation. There is no deposit at the visit and no follow-up pressure: the quote is valid for 30 days and the decision is yours.
Visits cover every room we make: fitted wardrobes, walk-in wardrobes, fitted bedroom furniture, kitchens, media walls, home offices and the smaller pieces such as dressing tables and bedsides. If you would rather see full-size furniture first, our Wembley showroom is open Monday to Saturday, and the price guide shows what each level of wardrobe costs before anyone visits.

We'll be in touch very shortly
Your design visit request has been received. One of our team will call you within one working day to confirm a convenient time.
Three ways to book your visit
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturday, 9.30am to 3pm; evening slots by arrangement
Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm; Saturday, 9.30am – 3pm. Please book ahead.
Every visit is free and without obligation: about an hour in your room, samples on the wall, then a 3D design and a fixed itemised quotation within two to three days.

An hour in your room,
with the samples on the wall.
A design visit is a working hour, not a sales call. Your designer arrives with a tape, a laser and the sample cases, and starts with the room: the wall the furniture goes on, the floor it stands on and the ceiling it meets. They ask how you use the space, what you own and what has annoyed you about the furniture you have, because a wardrobe is only as good as the drawer you reach for every morning.
Then the samples come out. Door styles, painted colours, woodgrains, handles and interior fittings are laid against your wall in your light, which is the only place a colour can be chosen. By the time the designer leaves you know what the room will look like, roughly what it will cost and when it could be fitted. The 3D design and the fixed quote follow within two to three days.
Six things every design visit includes.
All of it free, all of it without obligation.
Your ideas, listened to
The visit starts with how you live in the room and what you need to store, not with a catalogue. Bring photos, saved images or a rough sketch if you have them; none of it is required.
Material samples in your light
Door styles, painted colours, woodgrains, handles and interior fittings, held against your wall so the choice is made where the furniture will live.
Precise measurements
Walls, ceiling, skirting, cornice, sockets, radiators and the door swing, measured with a laser and recorded on a plan. Sloping ceilings and chimney breasts are drawn, not guessed.
A 3D design of your room
Within two to three days you receive a 3D design showing the furniture in your actual room, with the doors, the finish and the interior you chose. Changes are free.
A fixed, no-obligation quote
One price including VAT, manufacture and installation, valid for 30 days. No deposit is taken at the visit and nothing is signed on the day.
A designer, not a salesperson
The person who measures your room draws it and follows the job to installation. There is no commission-based closer and no call the next morning to push you.
From the visit to the room, in five steps.
Most projects are fitted within 21 days of the order being confirmed.

Questions people ask before booking.
Yes. The visit, the measuring, the 3D design and the quote are all free, and there is no deposit at the visit. You pay nothing unless you decide to order, and a deposit is taken only when you confirm.
None. The quote is valid for 30 days and the decision is yours. Your designer will answer questions if you have them, but there is no follow-up pressure and no time-limited offer created on the day.
About an hour for one room; a little longer for a whole bedroom or a kitchen. The designer needs to measure carefully and go through the samples with you, so allow the hour rather than squeezing it into a lunch break.
No. It helps to have thought about what you need to store and to have any photos or saved images to hand, and it helps if everyone who will use the room can be there for the decisions. The room does not need to be tidy or empty.
Within two to three working days of the visit, by email. The 3D design shows the furniture in your actual room, with your chosen doors, finish and interior, and the price is one fixed figure including VAT, manufacture and installation.
Yes, as often as you like before you order. Revisions are free. Most clients make one or two changes to the interior layout or the finish, and the quote is updated with each version.
Across Greater London and the Home Counties: North, South, East, West and Central London, plus Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Our designers and fitters work from our own factory and showroom in Wembley, HA9. See the areas we cover.
Yes. The Wembley showroom has full-size wardrobes, sliding doors and finishes, and is open Monday to Saturday. Most clients do both: the showroom to see the quality, the home visit to get the design right for their room.
Look at the price guide first: it sets out twelve levels of wardrobe with starting prices. If that works for you, book the visit and the designer will turn it into a fixed figure for your room. We do not quote without seeing the room, because the measurements are what the price is built on.
Yes. Fitted furniture needs the landlord's consent in a rented home; many landlords commission it themselves for lettings because it lasts. Tell us at booking and the designer will draw a scheme that is fixed but can be removed cleanly.
One hour in your room.
One design. One price.
