Fitted Wardrobes
The most common job we do in SW3. Ten ranges across hinged, sliding, and walk-in builds. Every unit is cut to the room's actual dimensions and delivered in sections small enough for a Georgian staircase. Where original cornicing exists, the wardrobe stops below it with a clean shadow gap.
Solid 18mm carcase, hand-painted in Farrow & Ball or Little Greene.

Fitted Kitchens
We started as a wardrobe specialist. Kitchens followed naturally. A big share of our SW3 kitchen work happens in Victorian galleys being opened up, and in canal-side conversions where the cabinetry has to slot in around immovable services. We build the cabinetry. You choose worktops, appliances, and splashbacks.
Full project management from design through installation.

Living & Media Walls
A category that's grown a lot since 2020. Media walls in living rooms, home offices in reception rooms, alcove cabinets flanking original fireplaces, full bedroom suites. Most of these come up as a second project once the wardrobes are in.
Built around existing chimney breasts, alcoves, and architectural features.
What Chelsea homes demand of a fitted-furniture maker.
Chelsea's housing has recurring quirks. Here is how our workshop handles each on a SW3 project.

Deep cornices and 3-metre ceilings change how a wardrobe is built.
A Chelsea bedroom often runs to a 3.1m ceiling under a deep ornate cornice. A standard 2.4m wardrobe leaves a metre of dead wall above it, and run to full height it would crash straight through the cornice plaster.
We build the run wall-to-wall and floor-to-cornice, measuring to the underside of the moulding so the carcase stops below it with a clean shadow gap. The cornice stays unbroken and the full height of the room becomes usable storage.

Wide reception rooms need joinery that reads as architecture.
The reception in a Chelsea townhouse or mansion flat is wide, with a chimney breast and alcoves either side. A freestanding media unit looks lost in it, and shallow shelving wastes the alcove depth.
We fit a wall-to-wall media and library wall around the chimney breast: alcove cabinets to either side, a recessed TV bay, open shelving above, cable management hidden behind. Hand-painted, built in as if it had always been there.

Mansion-block box rooms make better dressing rooms than bedrooms.
Most Chelsea mansion flats have a small room that is too tight for a comfortable bedroom but perfect for a dressing room. Off-the-shelf units leave gaps at every wall and waste the corners.
We work every wall floor-to-ceiling: hanging on two runs, a shallow shelved wall, and a central island of drawers. The box room becomes a full walk-in with nothing freestanding and no dead space. Common Chelsea wardrobe scenarios.
Most SW3 enquiries fall into a handful of property situations. Below is what each typically looks like.
Bedroom under a deep cornice
The situation: Owners of a Chelsea home with a 3.1m ceiling and an ornate cornice they wanted untouched. A chain quote proposed 2.4m units that left a metre of bare wall above.
What they got: A wall-to-wall Heritage Painted run, floor-to-cornice, hand-painted in Little Greene. Internal drawers and pull-down rails reached the full height. Cornice left fully exposed with an 8mm shadow gap.
Mansion-flat third room turned dressing room
The situation: A couple in a Chelsea mansion flat wanted the small third room as a dressing room. National units left gaps at every wall.
What they got: Every wall worked floor-to-ceiling: two hanging runs, a shelved wall, central island of drawers, mirror and perimeter LED. A full walk-in with nothing freestanding.
Reception media and library wall
The situation: A wide drawing room with a chimney breast and a TV on a freestanding stand that looked stranded.
What they got: A wall-to-wall Opulence media-and-library wall around the chimney breast: alcove cabinets, recessed TV bay, open shelving, hidden cables. Hand-painted deep green.
Guest bedroom full-height sliding wardrobe
The situation: A tall, narrow guest room where hinged doors would have fouled the bed and wasted the height.
What they got: Floor-to-cornice fluted-glass sliders with internal shelving and a mirror panel that doubled the light. Built tight between both side walls.
