In traditional cabinetmaking, the most expensive detail is an in-frame door — a door set inside a fixed outer frame, with a fine reveal all round. The Mock In-Frame family recreates that double-frame geometry in one pressed board: an outer frame, a stepped reveal, then the door profile inside it, all routed into an 18mm E1-grade MDF core and wrapped in one seamless skin. Three doors share the look — Rathlin, Salisbury and Ealing — with stiles around 90mm, as the style demands.

The Mock In-Frame family recreates the costliest detail in traditional joinery: a door set within its own fixed frame, complete with the fine stepped reveal all round. How it works: the double-frame geometry — outer frame, stepped reveal, inner door profile — is routed into a single 18mm E1-grade MDF core (PEFC/FSC® accredited) and wrapped in one seamless skin, so the in-frame look arrives without in-frame joinery’s movement, cracking or price. Stiles run around 90mm as the style demands; doors hang on soft-close Blum hinges with your choice of handles.

Make it yours: the powder blue shown is one of 80+ matt, superior matt and woodgrain finishes (no gloss in this family — the stepped profile is made for soft light), with ten Kronospan interior colours, floor-to-ceiling builds, alcoves, walk-ins and corners.
