The Oslo is a plain slab with one act of tailoring: a fine groove routed 60mm in from each vertical edge, drawing a quiet pinstripe frame down every door. The grooves are cut into the 18mm E1-grade MDF core before the whole face is wrapped in a single seamless skin, and each door finishes in Profile Edge 5 — a soft 25mm sweep that eases the edge into the face.

Wrapped after routing

Because the skin is applied after the grooves are cut, the detail is sealed under the same continuous surface as the face — nothing to chip or peel.

How it works: each door is an 18mm E1-grade MDF core (PEFC/FSC® accredited); the grooves are routed first, then the whole face is wrapped in one thermoformed skin so the detail is sealed under a continuous surface. Doors hang on soft-close Blum hinges and finish in a soft 25mm swept edge that eases each door into its neighbour.
