Inside the Jasper door

The Jasper is a pure slab: five layers pressed around an 18mm E1-grade MDF core, wrapped in one seamless skin. Instead of handles, a slim 195mm grip is machined into the edge where two doors meet (and into the top edge of drawer fronts) — your fingers reach into the shadow line and pull, so the face itself is never touched by hardware. Each door finishes in Profile Edge 5, a soft 25mm sweep that eases the edge into the face.

A grip that cannot date

Handles are the first thing to look old-fashioned. The Jasper’s grip is cut from the door itself — nothing bolted on, nothing to replace, nothing to catch a sleeve.

A door that stays flat

The 18mm MDF core resists warping and twist far better than veneered chipboard, so the door still closes flush five and ten years on.

Sealed on every face

One thermoformed skin covers the face, the grip and the swept edge; melamine seals the reverse. Nothing to peel, swell or lift.
