The Chester is built into an alcove rather than placed against a wall. The run fills the recess from side to side and floor to ceiling, with a surround finished in the same Dust Grey, so the wardrobe reads as part of the wall it sits in rather than as furniture standing in front of it.

How it works: the outer two doors are Dust Grey panels on 18mm MFC and the centre door is mirrored, each held in a slim silver aluminium profile and running on its own track. Behind them, the 200mm-wide internal MFC panel frame carries the weight of all three doors and holds the top and bottom tracks true across the full 3300mm.

One mirrored door rather than three is a deliberate choice. It gives you a full-length mirror exactly where you stand to use it, while the grey panels either side keep the wall calm — useful in a room that already has a window and a dressing mirror doing that job.

A 3300mm run divides comfortably into three working zones. Depending on your design, the Chester can include:

Built for everyday use: the Chester shown here is finished in Dust Grey inside and out and measures 3300mm wide × 2400mm high × 600mm deep, with the same colour carried through so an open door shows no change of tone.

The wardrobe is made to the measured dimensions of your alcove, which matters more here than on a free-standing run — recesses are rarely square, and the surround is scribed to the walls rather than left with a gap. The 200mm MFC supporting frame is finished in your chosen carcass colour.

The door layout is not fixed. Panels, mirrors and glass can be arranged in horizontal or vertical configurations, and the mirror is available in Silver, Grey or Bronze alongside a wide choice of glass finishes.

Your wardrobe is made to measure and precision-manufactured in our HA9 Wembley factory. Fitting into a recess leaves no tolerance at either end — the run has to be made to the narrowest point of the opening and then scribed out to meet walls that are almost never parallel.

Every component is machined from the approved digital design by intelligent CNC and 6-side drilling, our beam saw optimises the board usage, and industrial edge-banding finishes each edge in the matching Dust Grey.
