The Suffolk Bespoke Loft Wardrobe is a made-to-measure fitted wardrobe designed specifically for loft bedrooms where sloping ceilings, dormer sections and angled walls can make standard furniture difficult to use. Instead of leaving these areas empty, the wardrobe is designed around the actual shape and height of the room to turn awkward loft space into practical storage.

The Suffolk has a contemporary appearance, using flush slab doors in Natural Oak Woodgrain with slim black bar handles. The matching Natural Oak Woodgrain interior continues the finish inside the wardrobe, creating a coordinated look across both the exterior and internal storage.

How it works: each Suffolk is measured around the architecture of the loft. Individual wardrobe sections can be manufactured at different heights and proportions to work beneath sloping ceilings, around dormer areas and alongside angled walls, rather than forcing standard-sized cabinets into an irregular room.

The wardrobe is constructed from 18mm E1-grade MFC and fitted with concealed soft-close hinges, allowing the slab doors to close smoothly and quietly during everyday use.

The simple flush-door construction is particularly suited to loft rooms because it keeps the frontage visually clean even when multiple wardrobe sections need to change height to follow the ceiling.

Built for awkward spaces: rather than treating a sloping ceiling as a limitation, the Suffolk is designed to follow it. Taller sections can accommodate hanging storage while lower areas can be used for shelving, drawers, shoes or other items, helping more of the available loft wall become usable storage.

Built for everyday use: the Suffolk uses an 18mm MFC carcass with solid 18mm back, top and bottom, creating a substantial fitted structure. Metro wardrobes have their own solid backs rather than using the customer’s bare wall as the back of the wardrobe.

The Suffolk shown here measures 3334mm wide x 1970mm high x 580mm deep and is installed within a dormer loft. These are the dimensions of this particular installation; every Suffolk is made to measure around the customer’s actual room.
